Family-friendly facilities with playground and activities.
The distance to the beach from our room was frustrating, making it quite inconvenient for us to enjoy our beach days. the drinks included in the all-inclusive package were disappointing, as they lacked taste and fizz. To make matters worse, the food at the Greek restaurant was served cold and did not match the enticing menu we saw, which left us rather dissatisfied.

the location is beautiful, but the noise from the entertainment area is unbearable, even past bedtime. and don't even get me started on the food—barely edible and hardly a 5-star experience, more like a 3-star at best. I had high expectations for a complimentary upgrade, but alas, dreams are not included here.

Recommend it for families with children
The animation team was downright hilarious , especially Lukas and Tim. They organized some fantastic activities, and the kids loved the minidisco every night, leaving my family in fits of laughter.
It wasn't cheap but it was acceptable overall.

We had a blast during our stay, especially enjoying the beautiful private pool in our family room and the delicious gluten-free meals they provided. The outdoor swimming pool and spa treatments were great for some relaxation time. A slight downside was the beach being a bit of a trek from our room, but it didn't ruin our fun at all! 🌊

this hotel is simply awesome! our family room was super spacious and clean, perfect for our little one to sleep in a separate area. the food is sooo good, i gained a few kilos just enjoying the desserts every day! the staff were all super friendly and helpful, always made us feel welcome. also loved having our own private beach access and i never had trouble finding a sunbed. entertainment was cool too, just a bit late for us with a toddler.

Couples should definitely consider it
We had an exceptional experience at the hotel from the moment we arrived. The service was top-notch, especially from the staff at the restaurant who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We even received a surprise upgrade to a romantic room with a sea view, with flowers and champagne waiting for us! It was like they knew exactly what we needed! !

would come back for sure
We had a family room with a mountain view. It was spacious and clean, with a separate living area for the kids to sleep. Food was varied and delicious. The pools were plentiful and the beach was close. The entertainment was fun, although late for little ones. Staff were super nice and helpful throughout the whole stay.
